海外予約サイトからの通常前売り券購入において以下の事例が発生しております。
一部の海外予約サイト（agoda等 以下、「対象海外予約サイト」といいます。）で行われた展望台通常前売り券購入については、さきしまコスモタワー展望台が別の販売サイト（以下、「提携予約サイト」といいます。）に提供している通常前売り販売枠を、提携予約サイトとの契約に基づき、対象海外予約サイトがお客様に販売している場合があります。
その場合に、次のような事例により当展望台側ではお客様のご予約の確認およびご入場の判断が難しい場合があります。
・予約情報が、対象海外予約サイトから展望台に通知されてない。
・お客様がお持ちになる対象海外予約サイトのバウチャーに記載のQRコードの読み取りができない。
・さきしまコスモタワー展望台で設定した通常前売り料金よりも安価な料金で販売されていることがある。
・通常前売り券利用除外日であるにも関わらず、日付指定の通常前売り券を販売している。
以上のことから、ご来場時にご予約確認ができない場合、ご入場をお断りさせていただくことがございます。
また「対象海外予約サイト」でのご予約の確認等を行う場合には、次の点にご留意ください。
対象海外予約サイトでのご予約については、さきしまコスモタワー展望台にお問い合わせを頂いても手続きの関係上、一切の確認・変更・キャンセル（クレジットカードでの事前決済を含む）を承ることができません。
ご予約の確認・変更・キャンセルは、お客様ご自身でご予約された対象海外予約サイトへお問い合わせください。
なお、展望台の提携の通常前売り券は、公式HPにバナーのある各種提携サイトよりお買い求めいただけます。その場合は、予約確認等も可能でございます。

[Notice] Important Information Regarding Certain Overseas Booking Sites (e.g., Agoda)
Thank you for visiting the Sakishima Cosmo Tower Observatory.
We have received reports of the following issues regarding advance tickets purchased via certain overseas booking sites (hereinafter referred to as “Target Overseas Booking Sites,” such as Agoda).
In some cases, Target Overseas Booking Sites may sell advance tickets to the observatory through another reservation platform (hereinafter referred to as “Partner Booking Site”) that has a contractual agreement with our observatory. As a result, the following problems may occur, making it difficult for us to verify reservations or allow admission:
• Reservation details are not shared with the observatory from the Target Overseas Booking Site.
• QR codes printed on vouchers from Target Overseas Booking Sites may not be scannable at the observatory.
• Tickets may be sold at prices lower than the official advance ticket price set by our observatory.
• Tickets may be sold for dates that are actually blackout dates for advance ticket use.
Due to the above, if we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, we may be forced to deny entry.
Please also note the following when handling reservations made through Target Overseas Booking Sites:
• Reservations made through Target Overseas Booking Sites cannot be confirmed, modified, or canceled by the Sakishima Cosmo Tower Observatory, including pre-paid credit card reservations.
• For any inquiries or changes, please contact the respective booking site directly.
For a reliable reservation, we recommend purchasing tickets through our officially partnered booking sites, which are listed on our official website. Reservations made through these channels can be confirmed and supported.
